Registration and permitting of all dogs is required for use of the Lemont Township’s Central Bark Dog Park.

Permit applications may be obtained at the Township Office located at 16300 Alba Street (right up the hill from our dog park), or by printing the application below.

Applications may be brought in, or mailed to the Township Office, along with required proof of rabies vaccination (copy of Veterinarian documentation) and appropriate fee.

2025 Annual fees:

• $25 for Lemont Township Residents
• $35 for Non-Residents

Payable to Lemont Township (we accept cash, check or credit card for payment).

The purpose of this nominal annual registration is to offset the maintenance costs and to protect the users of the park.
